REAGIN AND FRIENDS, BUSKING FOR TOURETTE SCOTLAND

Glasgow Tourette Scotland member Reagin Lowdon took over Glasgow's Buchanan Square by busking for the charity along with a few of her friends.
The 19-year-old was joined by members of Newarthill's Reeltime Music, where she also attends, on the fundraising venture which took place from 10am on Thursday 2st July.
Reagin has Tourette Syndrome and wanted to do something to raise awareness of the condition and raise money for the charity which has helped her cope with it.
She performed acoustic music on the day to raise money for Tourette Scotland, as did fellow performers including Lauren Davies-King, Jamie Combrinck, Chris Croken, Anthony Welsh, Craig McDonagh, and Zander Keegan, Gillian Thomson and Daniel Carney.
Not only did some funds get raised, so did awareness of Tourette Syndrome, with passers-by asking about the condition and finding out more. One welcome visitor was a man from Brasil with Tourette Syndrome who took our leaflets away with him.
